If your Valentine’s Day plans include a romantic dinner at home, these aphrodisiac recipes will surely add an extra dose of passion and love to your night.
I was drawn to these recipes because I love pomegranate, but I also discovered that Aphrodite, the Greek goddess of love, was credited with planting the first pomegranate tree. The pomegranate’s rich antioxidants are said to increase testosterone in both men and women, which leads to heightened moods and increased sexual desire.
Blueberries are also known to increase sexual desire in men, as their rich antioxidants helps to relax bloods vessels, lower cholesterol and improve circulation and well…you know the rest.
With that said, you might want to add some extra servings of blueberries to this Blueberry Pomegranate Salad and then wash it down with a few rounds of Pomegranate Champagne Cocktails…cheers!!
