This month, Helmut Lang launched HELMUT — a moderately priced version of his effortlessly chic pieces. I fell in love with Helmut Lang 14 years ago when I got my hands on a pair of straight leg indigo denim.  My next purchase was a pair of black parachute pants followed by a leather barrel-shaped shoulder bag…and so the love affair continues.
