This isn’t really high fashion (or maybe it is since the First Lady is wearing it), but Michele Obama appeared this week on the Today Show in a navy and white polka dot dress from H&M!  Mrs. Obama, or Michele as I like to call her, accessorized with neon yellow pumps and truly defined the concept behind NUBIA  —  a fashionable, fun woman with a diverse lifestyle who is comfortable and confident enough to pull off Alexander McQueen or a $34.95 H&M dress.
