Here’s a question, someone tell me what’s it like to go on a girl’s trip when you are the only one that’s single. In two days, I will be on my way with some girlfriends (single & married) to shake what our momma gave us (respectfully of course) in Toronto Canada’s Caribana. This trip made me think, “what if I was the only single gal surrounded my married women?” Would the trip include countless conversations about hubbies, babies and after school programs? Honestly, if your friends are now taken, and the dating game is different for them, how does that affect your trip? Does flirting and exchanging number s with the” good-time” guy lead to tongue-wagging?

At Greenhouse w/fellow party-goers
Party over here! Only in the NYC can a Tuesday night party last until 5 a.m. but that’s why we love the big Apple and we aren’t the only ones who think so…A few days ago, I had the pleasure to attend the new Courvoisier® Rosé launch party at Greenhouse in Soho and unlike its predecessor this cognac is made for a woman—sugar and spice and everything nice!
This smooth liqueur with a hit of rich French red wine grapes and light cognac taste is anything but girly. Known for its famous faces, this launch party was not short of celebs that came out to support from Rhi Rhi and her red hair to Busta Rhymes were in the building. As party-goers relished in the mix of music, cocktails and glowing green lights—can someone say–Pass the Courvoisier!

It’s hard out there for a single gal but is being a married woman any easier? You still have to be on your “A” game even though you have landed the man. From thank-you for doing the household chores to asking “do I look fat” and really wanting to know the answer, here are a few tips I scored off Yahoo.com for all the married women out there….
1. A small “thank-you” makes a huge difference…

Don’t we all secretly envy the fly-by-night, lavish lifestyles of celebs? Whether they’re partying at the Palm in Las Vegas or lounging on a private island for $30,000 per night, no one does it like the stars. However, thanks to Vegas VIP, we too can definitely party like rock stars–well on a budget of course! To help out our readers in planning a trip to remember, I sought out for some much-needed advice from Michael Tomes, co-owner of Vegas VIP , one of the largest luxury travel agencies in Las Vegas on how to travel in budgeted style, here’s what he had to say…
“Be realistic with your budget.”

What makes good S-E-X? If you ask 10 people, you will probably get 10 different answers, with responses from size to positions to mental or physical attraction. The list can be long and very subjective. After reading through a few magazines, I came across this….at least you will have one area covered!

Like most women I hate hair and go out of my way to shave, pluck or wax, especially down there! Why shouldn’t men have to do the same?! A woman can’t miss a wax appointment without being told she’s getting “hairy.” Unfortunately, some men don’t stay on top of their business when it comes to shaving the lower region–don’t they realize it makes oral action better. I’ve dated men who used the trimmers and others who went untouched—let’s just say the latter did not work for me. It’s one of my biggest turn-offs, after all who wants the entire hedge when trying to get your groove on.
So fellas, do you trim or just go wild? Does your lady like it or not? Would you let it grow or cut it based on her preference?

Dating can be a mixture of emotions from hopeful butterflies to anxiety, fun and horrible all in the same breath. We have all been on dates that left you with a renewed sense of hope. In the strange world of dating sometimes you click with a person who “gets” you. They don’t find your sarcastic, quirky humor a turn-off but easily joins in. They laugh at your silliness, and provide checks & balances when you have an “attitude.” In the end this as all we can ask for. Now that you have past the early stages and on your way to “exclusiveville,” here are a few dos and don’ts of a new relationship taken from MSN.com.
Charming Italian Restaurant in the Theater District

Amidst the theater district in Times Square, with the bright lights in the big city, you will find Trattoria Dopo Teatro, a quaint Italian restaurant with casual charm and abundant flavor. Although a mouthful to say, your palette will have no complaints after sampling homemade pastas like the Raviolo Aperto ai Frutti Di Mare, filled with a brodetto-like stuffing of spicy seafood in a rich tomato broth or the Mezzelune all Aragosta, half moon shaped ravioli with lobster in a creamy pink sauce.
Although sex in different places can be a turn-on, the consequences can leave you itching wishing for relief. So ladies, before you let him put _____on it, think about the all the time and energy it may take to clear up what that hour session has created. Here are four things to think twice about doing.

1. So they named a drink after it, we all want to try it on vacation but lord help you if sand invades your natural spaces. Yikes, think about how it feels on the bottom of your feet, do you really want it in your nether regions.
2. PB&J is only for sandwiches—unless your Va jay jay is a slice of bread…
A Rare Jewel in Harlem
by Nicole M.

Harlem is quickly becoming a go-to spot for great food and leading the way is the 5 and Diamond, a cozy restaurant located at the gateway of the newly coined “Restaurant Row’. It serves classic American comfort food with a Spanish twist courtesy of French Culinary Institute Grad, Chef David Martinez.
The inventive cocktails at the 5 and Diamond are not to be missed. As you browse the list, you may be tempted by the Rhythm & Soul, an intriguing mix of brandy and bourbon, lemon and lime juices, guava and mango nectars. Though it’s laced with strong bourbon, this drink isn’t just “for the guys” – it’s pink and surprisingly sweet, topped with a refreshing dash of Rose Prosecco. The fruity White Sangria is another good choice and is mixed with stomach soothing aloe vera!
