You know how people tend to ask if you feel different after you celebrate a birthday? Well, most of the time I’ve just looked at them with a blank stare and wonder why I should feel any “different” because I’m a year older. But, now that I think about it I vaguely remember two life changing birthdays before this one – at 8 years old and 16 years old.

Today, at 31, I feel wiser and more beautiful (inside and out) than I’ve ever felt in my life. It’s a wonderful place to be. Here’s to all the beautiful, strong, and nurturing Cancerian women:
