What an excellent book idea. Would own a copy even if I don’t win. I’m a vegetarian and only eat organic at home as I’m a member of the Park Slope Food Coop. I own a copy of “Insider’s Guide: Vegetarian New York City” and love it. This will be a great addition. Thanks for the info.
